SodaMelt prices, and which figure is binding
Six statements about price, and the one that overrides the rest.
- The checkout price is the binding one. Prices on these pages were read from the seller’s own page on 19 September 2026 and are maintained to match.
- Struck figures are the seller’s comparison prices. They are worked out at $149 a bottle and no bottle has been sold at that price through this website.
- Savings quoted by the seller derive from those struck figures rather than from a recent selling price.
- Carriage on the one and three-bottle tiers is calculated at the checkout. The seller publishes no figure in advance and this desk quotes none.
- Bonus values on the six-bottle tier are set by the seller and are not market prices. The three titles and their stated values are The Morning Ritual Method $47, Small Wins, Real Change $57, The Confidence Habit $37.
- Every tier is a one-time payment. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

The seller accepts it
Acceptance is the confirmation email carrying an order ID. That is the moment a contract exists, and it is also day one of the 60-day window.
The order is fulfilled
Dispatch, a tracking number, and delivery. Availability, address errors and payment failures are all resolved between you and the order desk.
The third step is the one with legal weight and it is worth knowing, because the confirmation email is both the contract and the document a refund is worked from.

SodaMelt delivery, returns and the 60-day window
How delivery, the window and the refund fit together as terms.
Delivery is arranged by the seller from within the United States. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than terms, and a carrier delay is not a breach of anything.
The money-back window runs 60 days from the date of purchase, on opened and empty bottles alike. The request must be made inside the window; the return parcel may be in transit afterwards. Return postage is the buyer’s cost and returns go to 885 Second Avenue, Suite 2400, New York, NY 10017, USA once a return authorisation has been issued.
Refunds are made to the original payment method, take three to five business days to process and a further five to ten days to appear. The refund policy page states all of it as conditions, and nothing on that page or this one narrows rights you hold under the consumer law of the place you live.
Risk and title in the bottles pass on delivery. A parcel marked delivered that did not arrive is resolved with the order desk and the carrier, and the order desk is the party with sight of both.

Three things this website is not, stated before anybody has to ask.
It is not medical advice, and no page here is written as any. SodaMelt is a dietary supplement, not a drug, it is not FDA-approved, and nothing on this website is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Liability for the product itself sits with the parties that make and sell it. Liability for an order sits with the seller behind the checkout.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and the courts of New York have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Any statutory rights you hold in your own country of residence are unaffected.
